Photographs

Digital photography allows us to take and store digital photographs of you, your teeth and any soft tissue lesions under investigation. These photographs also provide an excellent educational tool to assist a patient to better understand what we are doing and how we can achieve these goals. Your photos are stored in your Clinical Record.

Old records brought across

People change dentists for many reasons. When this happens, you need not start all over again. By contacting your previous dentist arrangements can be made to provide us with a copy of any relevant records and x-rays.

Likewise, when leaving our care, we can easily create hard copies of all records or email them across the world for you in seconds.

Health care claims

Belong to a health fund? We can take the hassle out of claiming. By using your plastic swipe card (provided by your health fund) we can electronically send and receive your requests in a matter of minutes. This means you only need to pay the gap by, cash, card, cheque or EFTPOS. Claims can only be processed by us on the day you have your treatment. If you forget your health fund card, a claim can still be made by presenting the paid account and receipt to your health fund.

Kids play area

We cater for children at Sailors Bay. Our kids play room is equipped with 3 IPADS with fun games as well as books and lego to help them pass the time before their appointment or while you are seeing the dentist. We also provide our younger patients with their own .

Tea & coffee

We appreciate your time is valuable and we make every effort to run on time. However, sometimes a delay is unavoidable. If you are kept waiting we will do our best to let you know and to make your time comfortable and relaxing and offer a coffee or tea of your choice. Of course, we don’t have to keep you waiting for you to enjoy this benefit. Just ask one or our friendly front desk staff if you would like to access this service.
