The coconut-based diet has been found to ward off dental ailments and mouth ulcers, even amongst folks who have never brushed their teeth or use anti-bacterial mouthwash. Gargling natural coconut milk or coconut oil in your mouth for one minute a day is known to reduce frequency of mouth ulcers.
If you can’t get hold of the other products but need a quick fix for the discomfort and pain caused by the mouth sore, take a cube of ice from the fridge and lather it over the spot. Although it is known to provide temporary relief, there are times when applying ice alone can do the trick.
